A few drops of rain and the lawn is saved for another week. Couldn’t have come at a better time, I was just on my way to haul out the sprinklers (again). In in the case of gardening as well as pretty much everything it is probably best to just lay back and let nature do its thing. Shallow roots = a gardeners nightmare.

Found this extremely cool gadget from Trust. Looks like a Star Trek phaser but is really a wireless trackball with a nifty trigger finger button. Maybe a contender in the how-to-best-control-the-HTPC competition? Waaaay too expensive in Sweden however. Less than half the the price if you import from the Uk for example. Just another proof that Sweden is a half baked communistic scum sucking hell hole.

And on top of this we have the patent problems with OpenGL and Microsoft. Lets show those open source nitwits, eh. Being a long time user of Matrox graphics cards, I’ve never liked OpenGL anyway
Microsoft should also release a new version of Windows Media Player (v9 Corona) any day now. It is big news since this will probably be the technology that powers the development of handheld media solutions for the immediate future. Like it or not …
