Yeah it was a shocking but not all that surprising event to witness this site in “a fairly new version” of Netscape. This is an embarrassment too me since so many idiots out there still use old versions of Netscape. Especially under *nix environments.

Just to clarify things … This site is ideally viewed in 1024×768 but I think that most pages also work in 800×600. Even though I have a 19” monitor I seldom use resolutions above 1024×768. Polls that I have studied show that the majority of users still surf the net at 800×600. And about browsers … the following browsers have been tested and approved by me:

- Internet Explorer 4.x,5.x,6.x
- Mozilla 1.1a
- Opera 6.04

I am seriously thinking about limiting access to those with approved browsers and resolutions rather than having people view this site in a way that it was not intended. Don’t you just love fascist webmasters?
