Peta (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) just released their 2003 pinup calendar against fur. You know, catchy slogans and naked females with the conclusion “I wouldn’t be caught dead in fur” and “I’d rather be naked than to wear fur”.
I find this amusing in a number of ways. But according to psychology dogma it might actually work. It’s just that you hurt another cause as you justify and aid your own. And the question is if the group that responds to this campaign is comprised of those that would actually buy fur? I like the initiative though .. and for more reasons than the fact that there is nudity here. Believe it or not …
