This was actually my first order with this company and so far I’m impressed. I know that ITB has received a lot of bad press here in Sweden but this is quite frankly something that has been blown out of perspective. You can’t just have satisfied customers. Sooner or later you run into someone hell-bent on causing trouble or someone makes an unfortunate mistake and sends the wrong item .. or the return policy fails .. and this is of course something that is underlined when the shipping reaches a certain magnitude. Look at the immensely popular IBM Deskstar series for example. Do they fail because the design is flawed or is the RMA rate in fact normal and taken out of proportion by the vast number of shipped units?
I think that every Scandinavian online computer shop has been under fire from disgruntled customers once in a while but in most cases it means very little. Most problems were remedied over time.

My point is that I am in fact very impressed with ITbutikken.dk. Not only did they have the stuff I wanted (like the hard to get Remote Wonder and a RF Keyb) and at a very competitive price, the logistics system was also superior to similar resellers that I have been in contact with.
Using their Track and Trace system the customer can administer the order himself. Removing or adding items has never been more simple. Most resellers seem to lock an order after it has been placed and you will in fact have to email the order dept. if you would like to cancel or edit the contents. Very smooth and much appreciated!
The data is extremely meticulous. You can follow every item in an order and see exactly where it is and when you can expect it to be in stock. I think that what surprised me the most was still the vidcaps from the packaging of the order. Maybe not so useful (?) but extremely wacky.
I just wish that more resellers would adapt this Track and Trace system. It would make life a lot easier for the customer.
