It clearly states that the transfer is 1.78:1 Anamorphic (or 16×9 enhanced if you prefer that term). There seems to be a million different interpretations on this but after checking ACTUAL REVIEWS I have come to the conclusion that Reflection is in fact 1.78:1 16×9. This is also the OAR (Original Aspect Ratio).
