I think I am approaching the perfect chocolate muffin. Finally. It has been a long journey indeed. Part of the trick is using Sodium bicarbonate and processed sour milk (or Yoghurt). Vanilla Yoghurt has been a blast so far. Just so you know. This should be filed with the almost-worthless-knowledge department.
What I need to do know is get a grip on my Graham Blueberry muffins.
