I’m have been experimenting with different Power Nap techniques lately. I think it’s definitely something that I will try to expand on. Once you get used to the procedure it can be a quite productive little break.

Actually there are quite a few things that I could deal with when it comes to sleep. I have been sensing for a long time now that there is room for improvement in this area. Or more likely that there is something terribly wrong. And I’m not just talking about the recurring nightmares. Maybe I should look into it.
