If people ask you what you normally do on a saturday night it may not be a good idea to tell them that you go graveyard “sightseeing” in the dark. That is what I often do anyway. Especially from spring to autumn when fragrances are abundant. And cemeteries do have a special scent to them (and it isn’t a smell of death as so many imagine). The same is true for most places during a moist summer night. It is as if they come alive. As if there is a new dimension to the world that you have been oblivious to before.
