Gotta love Sweden for being inflexible. Everyone knows what rating it is going to get. But due to regulation the damn thing has to be screened by some pesky government agency. And since they refused to do it on a workprint for various reasons the ticket release date has been drifting.

Since the actual release date is 17th of December, the ticket date was originally set to this monday (the 17th). I.e. two days ago. Now it is clear that the tickets wont be out until the 8th of December. Not that it matters to me. I’ll be able to acquire tickets for day one with ease. But it is a matter of principle. And it reveals a great deal about the Swedish system (post/neo-socialism) and its faults.

Too bad for all those suckers who have been camping outside of the cinemas for weeks now.
