It’s a wrap as they say. Secured the remaining component (heavy gore-tex gloves) today. It’s been a long, expensive and difficult road but it has been worth it. I loathe halfhearted solutions. Clothes for me are like a swiss army knife. They have to be able to answer to every call.
Now I have at last attained a sense of fleeting perfection. Maybe I said the same thing last year and yet there was a large margin for improvement. I don’t remember exactly. But as I look back I realize I’ve come a long way. Oh, how ignorant I have been. And how long a way there must be to walk yet. How slow and painful the process of learning can be. The fleeting perfection .. what we all seek.
