This page has apparently caused quite an uproar in the US community. Kind of amusing if you ask me. The goal of this SWEDISH voluntary organization seems to be to raise funds and sponsor any attempt to prevent George W Bush from being reelected. Originally, the organization had ties to Move On but the latter chickened out after realizing that they were in legal limbo since it is sort of prohibited for candidates to accept foreign contributions.

While I think this initiative is commendable, I fear it will have the exact opposite effect. Ppl might perceive it as a foreign threat. Obviously, if they understood the arguments that Democracy Aid is making, then the entire campaign would be redundant, because no one would vote Bush anyway. And so they probably interpret the initiative as an incursion on their freedom of choice and sovereignty.
