One year with broadband - Or actually more like 13 months. I forgot that the anniversary would have been on the fourth of February but whatever. I’m still so busy searching out and leeching data that even time has seized to exist.
I will never forget. Never forget what it was like before as I was forced to use a dial-up modem. Never forget how much I paid and how little I got back. Never forget which company stood in the way of digital salvation.
One year since the DOJ takeover of Isonews - On another matter I just realized that it is one year (more or less) since the US government transgressed against iSONEWS. What did they accomplish by that? Nada. The site have been up and running at the new domain without so much as a hick-up ever since. The old domain is still in the possession of the DOJ and points to their incredibly lame Cybercrime site. There, among other things, Ass-hat General John Asscroft will tell you if you are a good cybercitizen. Lame. Lame. Lame.
My point is this. The time might come when the tables are turned and these people, companies and governments find themselves on the receiving end of the pain and arrogance they’ve been inflicting on others.
