“Scan Falukorv Light”. One of my favorite newcomers in the meat counter this year.

It’s a low fat beef and pork mix that provides a ready dish within 10 min if you know what you’re doing. An otherwise traditional Swedish sausage, originally made from horse meat, but exclusively pork these days. And usually around 23% fat. This 7% alternative was a pleasant surprise.
