Seems the battery for my cordless Samsung SP-R 6100 has bought the farm. I don’t remember how long the unit has been in operation, but I reckon it must be about three or four years. Feels like yesterday really and it is slightly intimidating to imagine that time has been so fleeting.
The original battery, which is many years old in design was 600mAh. But I’ve only been able to find similar batteries with 500mAh, such as this. I’m guessing that buying the same battery from Samsung is out of the question. That other battery is 200 SEK already at Kjell & Company. I’m also gonna check in with Svenska Batterilagret to see if I can shave the price a bit and perhaps boost the mAh rating.
I really don’t need this crap. And I really hate when things just break down without warning. Is it too much to ask for to get a nice big and obvious warning sign?
