Both primary and secondary Domain Name Servers were offline for about 24 hours. Cause unknown. Shit happens, I know, but I think that there has been a lot of these sudden outages in the last couple of months. Bad luck maybe. Or just a lack of know-how or effort on the administration (99K) side.

Personally, I must say that they do fix the problem, whatever it may be, eventually. There are users however that have been unable to restore databases xor use their Cpanel at all. And then there are users that can’t accept any downtime at all. If they hadcompared the price for the service they would have realized that with this bargain hosting, you have to accept a few glitches. Anyway, most of the time, the hosting is as good as any other.
