I blinked and missed it. Will remedy that immediately. I very much hope that Tribes 3 will succeed where its two predecessors failed. At least the engine is supposed to be ok this time. I guess it’s time to fail at something else At any rate, and even given its shortcomings, Starsiege Tribes has always had a special place in my heart. It’s essentially the best multiplayer experience (or promise with a lack thereof) ever conceived. It’s delightful to see games such as Planetside, UT 2004 and XMP mimic the concept. Really wish to see more of this game type in the future (and less of Doom / Quake designs).

Tribes Vengeance will hopefully ship around October 12th.
