LifestreamI’m so looking forward to immersing myself in this game. The autumn is certainly looking up. Call me easily amused if you like. At any rate, Star Wars games have been around for quite some time and thankfully they are more fun than back in 1983. Really.
So? To be honest though, I found the game a little boring. You die too fast and since things tend to move pretty fast in a galaxy far far away you die even faster. The physics engine is a little strange also. I can’t put my finger on it, but this game didn’t live up to expectations. Multiplayer with the right people might be more fun though. All in all it reminds me of the “Terminator 3 War of the Machines” game that was released last year. I.e. a Battlefield clone with much potential. But then again, even Digital Illusions failed to clone their own success with BF1942 when they did BF:Vietnam.
Gameplay is a delicate thing.
