The “Hair Glove” finally arrived. What a nice little thing indeed. As far as I have been able to test the glove, it does a pretty good job at holding the hair in place. I can say that it accomplishes what it sets out to do.

Positive Features:

• It’s made of leather. Durable. Sturdy. And it smells … so nice. I have to say the scent of processed leather is invigorating.
• It encloses the hair and protects it. Preventing the hair for getting stuck in things and keeps it off the back of the neck.
• If applied correctly it hardly slips at all. This is due to three things, first a rubber band, then the pressure of the closing glove and finally the friction of the rough but soft inside of the leather.

Verdict: Nice, practical .. with a rough side to it.
Downsides: A tad difficult to apply (at first). The holder (thin rubber band) needs replacing still. Expensive obviously. Might not be right to go with a white collar appearance. Might require some adjustment of trimming.
