Amazingly enough the game seems to be out. Edit: Nuked or not it will be out any time now. Around four gigabytes of data. Seems like a lot of bloat to me, but initial reviews say it’s the best FPS ever so .. it’s probably worth it. Can’t be any worse than Doom 3 now can it?

And a more or less tested method of getting the software via Steem without a valid serial.

And one more thing. It seems that Valve wont be supporting or adding any form of multiplay support for HL2. That really sucks. As far as they are concerned, Counter-Strike Source is the multiplayer mode. Bleh. Will we ever rid the world of Counter-Strike I wonder? Hopefully the mod community can do something about that. Or this will be a really boring experience. Just like Tribes Vengeance didn’t ship with bot support for example. Also a somewhat lame and shortlived experience thanks to that.
