Just late night experimentation. First off, I filled out the meta tags a little better, repeating certain terms twice or more. I also made sure that the item title would also be the page / html title for item pages. And I added the excellent SEO plugin by Radek Hulán. Thus, all outgoing links are now obscured and appear internal. It does more to hurt other people’s page rank than to benefit my own it seems but it’s worth a try.
