I don't really have an answer for you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you want something that is per definition CC or PD I think you are out of luck. It's not often you see this with media. At best the material lacks any clear license. I would suggest you contact the content provider of the respective clips, and include a reference in your finished work. I don't see why they would mind. Especially if they have any interest in seeing Chomsky's message disseminated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for other, better sources of Chomsky I don't think there are any.</description>
