Now there’s a term you don’t hear very often. Big thanks to Henrik for pointing me in the direction of Unrealized Moscow (The Architecture of Moscow from the 1930s to the early 1950s Unrealised projects). Including masterpieces like the People’s Commissariat of Heavy Industry and the Palace of Soviets.
