If you have comments about which ranges you want blocked/unblocked then please visit blocklist.org - our attempt to clean up the lists a lot. If you vote on any IP range as "valid" then we will look into unblocking it, likewise if you mark a range as "should be blocked" then we’ll look at removing it.

We’ll try and justify all the ranges that are currently in there - if we don’t find a good reason they’ll go.

For example: explanations like http://blocklist.org/ip.php... can help to show why some of the more obscure IPs are in there.

Since you’ve already looked into this maybe you’d like to visit and comment on some things? It’ll help the lists for all if you can do that
