A real gem from something called Justice Sunday II, where white Christian conservatives get together and act as if they are somehow persecuted.

And like India, the US is also a sham democracy, riddled with social problems and “pariah”-like social structures where social outcasts are looked down upon for their “intrinsic” properties and personal failures. Because if everyone is on a road to salvation or Nirvana and the American dream, then those that fail must be “unclean”, right? That is at least the risk you’re facing when you entangle socio-economic structures and faith.

Also, is it just me or has the Daily Show become really snappy lately. Not that I’ve been following the show for more than a couple of months .. but it seems .. snappier. Ironically, despite its “fake news”, it’s probably one of the best news sources in the US today. Now what does that tell you?
