Good news at least, but it is disturbing how easy these things pass in the heat of the moment. Now we may be so lucky as to see it overturned, but in many cases such forms are impossible to root out when put to practise.

RTE - Overturn data sharing law, says EU law officer - An agreement by EU governments to give the US Homeland Security Department details of all passengers flying between the EU and the US has been cast in doubt by one of the EU’s top law officers.

The Advocate General, the top legal advisor of the European Court of Justice, says that last year’s air passenger data agreement must be annulled because it breached EU law.

But for at least a year, personal data has been streaming to fill American coffers and their ineffective but hectoring DHS. Data that may be used for any purpose, commercial or to brand perfectly innocent people terrorists as to further their perverted plans for domination and empire dreams.
