What If Copyright Law Were Strongly Enforced in the Blogosphere? With the breakthrough of the phenomena, the fate of weblogs may ironically be sealed. When some start of profit from writing, it is reasonable to assume that copyright enforcement and lawsuits will follow. The best thing one can do is to continue with the fuzzy fair use and non-profit doctrine and not care a wit for future contingencies. Hopefully, due to the cavalier way that media corporations themselves have come to use information, it would be like the pot calling the kettle black for them to really do something to upset that balance.
