Much more than meets the eye here. Residual religion for instance. And how many do REALLY attend church in the US and Sweden? (compared to those that only say they do) And would any normal, balanced person really be offended by this? I look forward to the next generation product line which attempts to offend even more religions. I wouldn’t be caught dead in denim but I would consider getting a patch or something.

Sploid - The few practicing Christians in Sweden are outraged by the latest style on the streets: blue jeans with a vaguely anti-Jesus logo.

“Cheap Monday” jeans feature a skull logo — a skull with an upside-down crucifix on its forehead.

Bjorn Atldax told Religion News Service that he designed the logo specifically to annoy his country’s few active Christians.

“It is an active statement against Christianity,” Atldax said. “I’m not a Satanist myself, but I have a great dislike for organized religion.”
