Finally, an external PSU for the PC. About time. So what if someone over at Digg noted that Dell has been shipping external PSUs with some fringe systems, for some time. That hardly counts.

One extra box on the floor, but on the other hand you’ll lose a fan and lower the case temperature. The XG Magnum 600 (made by MGE) also has a nifty display that shows, among other things, power consumption. I’m looking for a replacement PSU so hopefully this will be affordable and readily available.
