A monstrous victory for Finland. No one ever stood a chance against Lordi, despite what the doubting Thomases predicted. So, Finland wins the ESC for the first time ever in their 45 years or so of participation, and the pop divas get a cold shower. And most importantly, heavy metal makes a comeback … it would seem the rumours of its demise have been greatly exaggerated.
