So, who is sinking who now, bitch? The Pirate Bay is back online, with a new cocky logotype (and name). The site is slow as hell and running out of database sockets fast though. Not surprising considering it is on the front page of every major internet news outlet and that it is operating on temporary and borrowed servers.

If anything has been accomplished through this escapade, is it that The Pirate Bay has gained a great many new visitors and even more publicity. On a level that not even the industry can buy. And the only ones sinking around here will be the MPAA and its lackeys.
