Conservative WorldNetDaily has jumped on the World Cup trafficking story. I think we can all agree that we don’t like the situation. But the WND doesn’t stop there. No, they find another angle in the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute (C-FAM) condemning prostitution and noting that Germany shouldn’t “lecture America on morality.”

Well, Germany perhaps shouldn’t do the lecturing (though for the record, whatever bounds C-FAM and WND thinks Germany has previously overstepped, they still covertly aided and abetted US abuse by allowing rendition flights and by carrying out espionage). But it is somewhat puzzling that America with its endemic rape, sexual abuse of prisoners and with its imperial armies intentionally mass producing prostitution and sexual slavery around the world should be so bold as to lecture Germany on morality.

Hypocrites lecturing hypocrites.
